Never tell anyone your full password or PIN. You'll need them for Digital Banking, Telephone Banking and the app.
This PIN is so you can bank online and over the phone. It's not your card chip and PIN - we'll post that to you. This PIN will be 4 numbers long. It can't be numbers in a row (like 1234) or have numbers that repeat 3 or more times (like 1112).
Password must be 6 to 20 characters and made up of letters and numbers (with no spaces or symbols).
